The Unclinic will be 11 weeks of workouts, focusing on tempo and speedwork, the art of long runs, the importance of warm-ups and cool downs, and why strength training can help us all.In partnership with lululemon and a whole host of our favourite Vancouver neighbours, the Unclinic will make the lead up to SeaWheeze the most fun you’ve ever had training for a race.
