This week however, we are going to break that rule and mix it up slightly.With SeaWheeze coming up very quickly and Rock 'n' Roll not far away, we are going to simulate three distinct race pace groups for a 1/2 marathon. It'll work like this:>2hr 05min group leaves at 6:15pm - 5:57 pace>1hr 50min group leaves at 6:20pm - 5:15 pace>1hr 40min group leaves at 6:25pm - 4:45 pace
The distance for this run will be 10KM around False Creek.
This will be a drop run, meaning if you cannot keep pace the group will carry on to the meet-up point. Never fear though, we'll re-group about 6km in, and the route will ensure nobody gets off-track. Change to Sunday HoursOur Sunday hours will move from 11:00am - 5:00pm to 12:00pm - 5:00pm effective this next Sunday. This change means we can start planning Sunday morning trail runs...stay tuned!
