This July 1st we want to acknowledge that Vancouver Running Co. operates our day-to-day business and community runs on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and Sel̓íl̓witulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.

In recognition of this privilege we will be donating 20% of our sales today (July 1st) to the Indian Residential School Survivors Society. IRSSS provides essential services to Residential School Survivors, their families, and those dealing with Intergenerational traumas. We are committed to share in the work needed to educate ourselves and others on the atrocities faced by our indigenous brothers and sisters, in the past and today, on the land and oceans we work and play on daily.
