Flight Crew Trail - February 7

This week Linda and Jay will be taking you on an advanced oriented route lasting approx. 2hrs over an 11.5km distance. This route has both a long climb and some fun descending so loosen up those smile muscles now! Starting Point is at Parkgate Rec Centre at 8:00am. Please park on the road if possible and wear proper trail shoes as conditions have been slippery as of late. Check out the route!

2015 Year in Review

As it seems with most years, 2015 has come and gone too quickly. Half of 2014 was spent planning the opening of Vancouver Running Company and by the time we found our space late that year, it seemed like forever before we would open the doors. Now 8 months later it seems like a flash and we're wondering a bit how that happened so fast.
