Beginning this week we will have most of our regular trail schedule in place. We will be offering alternating routes between 'new to trail' and more technically advanced. New to trail routes will be at Pacific Spirit Park/Endowment Lands, Burnaby Mountain and similar areas. Technical routes will be on the North Shore.

Meet up areas and descriptions will be available week of. Some dates are still being finalized and special event dates will be revealed as the year rolls out, but the confirmed dates are now available here.

This week will be geared towards those that want to get to know the trails better. We will meet at the Endowment Lands at 8:00am Sunday for a friendly 1.5hr beginner to intermediate run through a variety of different trails.
