Hi Mona – The program is individual to you, so everything to do with the workouts, run schedule, and physio will be specific to your needs and determined after your initial screen. We will have an information evening and meet and greet on January 29, Keep an eye out for an RSVP going out for that soon. If you cannot attend, please call Myodetox at 604) 558-3322 as they can walk you through the entire set-up and program structure. Cheers!
I really, really, really need to do this and I absolutely want to do this. What I’m assuming is that I schedule my own appointments for the physiotherapy screening and exercise program and of course the massage, and then just run with the Vancouver Running Co. and M2M when the snow is mostly gone at Whistler? Cause to be honest, it is snowboard season and I will be on the slopes till at least mid-March. Can you please confirm so I can sign up before it is too late. Sounds uber exciting!
