Whether you plan on visiting us instore during our extended hours (Open until 7:00pm Wed-Fri) or prefer the comfort of your home, we've got you covered with everything you need to know to make this holiday season as easy for you as possible.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

We ship all packages with Canada Post from Vancouver. If outside Canada your package will be transferred to your national postal carrier once it has cleared customs.

Currently, shipping times within Canada are as normal. If you are shipping to the US we recommend getting your holiday order in no later than December 7.

CURBSIDE PICK-UP AT VANCOUVER RUNNING CO.

If you don’t feel comfortable coming into the store, or you’re just in a rush, check out our step by step guide to seamless curbside pick-up.

  1. Place your order at vanrunco.com, and select ‘Pick up’ as your delivery method
  2. Most orders can be collected within 1 hour of placing them (during business hours), and you’ll receive an email or text notification confirming your order is ready
  3. Head to Vancouver Running Co. (1886 W1st Ave.), and bring a piece of photo ID with you for verification
  4. Give us a call when you’re outside (778.379.8511), and let us know if you’d like your items brought to your car, or if you’d prefer to meet us at the door
  5. We’ll be wearing masks to protect you, and we’d appreciate you doing the same for us
  6. Once you’ve collected your order, you’ll receive a pick-up confirmation by email or text

COVID-19 SAFETY AT VANCOUVER RUNNING COMPANY

Our number one priority is keeping our staff and customers safe during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic this Holiday season. We’re committed to maintaining a number of cleanliness and safety standards whether instore or at curbside pick-up.

  • Masks are worn by all staff members and customers at all times (we have disposable masks for customer use if you forget yours)
  • A limit of 3 customers in store at any one time - we have a waiting area just outside if we are at capacity
  • Social distancing is in effect throughout the store
  • Floor markings to ensure a smooth flow of customers
  • Regular cleaning of high-touch surfaces, credit card machines, change rooms, staff use areas, etc.
  • We have provided hand sanitizer for you to use before entering the store and at various points throughout the store should you need it
  • Credit or debit purchases preferred
