In collaboration with creative director and holistic life coach Ryan Willms, RunAsYouAre introduces Nature’s Harmony, a capsule collection that explores the intersection of calm and chaos, a conceptual theory whereby the human body can find peace at any pace.

Drawing inspiration from the captivating colours and landscapes that represent the Pacific Northwest, the collection features a selection of ultra soft garments and custom accessories developed and designed for everyone.

Ryan Willms is a Holistic Life Coach and Creative Director based in Los Angeles.

Growing up in British Columbia, Ryan started his creative exploration with Inventory, a globally recognized magazine and a local retail shop in Vancouver, BC. In addition, he has worked closely between fashion, wellness and sportswear, having created a variety of global campaigns, products and experiences for many of the most innovative brands and retailers in the world such as Stussy, Nike, Strava, Tonal, and Reigning Champ.

More recently, Ryan has focused on a path of self-awareness, healing, and personal well-being while immersing himself with a variety of teachers, modalities, and movement practices, such as running. He launched a platform that explores the intersection of mindfulness and sport called MEP, which includes a podcast, retreats and product collaborations.
