Take Flight, a 6 part educational series to take your running to the next level, brought to you by Myodetox, Vancouver Running Co. and lululemon W4th.
This 6 part series will focus on simplifying the complexities of the human body, creating a stronger foundation for you to build on, and unlocking your true potential as a runner.
---Where: Each of the 6 part series will take place on a Flight Crew Thursday. The weekly run will leave Vancouver Running Co. at 6:15pm and finish at lululemon W4th. If the weather is too cold or rainy the sessions will take place at Vancouver Running Co.What: After Flight Crew we'll enjoy some drinks, snacks and optional shortened treatments from Myodetox. Each month a new topic will be covered by Myodetox to help you unlock your potential as a runner.How: This 6 part series is free to attend.
