SeaWheeze Unclinic III - an 11-week half-marathon training program in preparation for the SeaWheeze half marathon every Wednesday from June 5 - Aug 14.
Take the traditional run clinic, turn it upside down, and mix it with a healthy dose of fun, frivolity and a few surprises, and you get the SeaWheeze Unclinic - the perfect way to train for the lululemon SeaWheeze half marathon (or whatever your goal race may be).
This third instalment will once again be led by Vancouver Running Co. Owner and lululemon Ambassador Rob Smith with the addition of Dave Watt, current BC cross country and 8K age group champion. Rob and Dave will help you meet your SeaWheeze goals through weekly group training, followed by an activity ranging from mindful running workshops, yoga for runners, strength training and a few surprises here and there. In addition to group workouts you will receive a training plan to guide you on your training throughout the rest of your week.
In partnership with lululemon and a host of our favourite Vancouver fitness instructors, the Unclinic will make the lead up to SeaWheeze the most fun you’ve ever had training for a race.
