This Sunday is the beginner/intermediate Flight Crew Trail day. Meet at End of the Line General Store in North Vancouver for a fun, friendly 13.5km route around Lower Seymour.

Please bring water, a change of clothes and trail shoes and note this run will leave at 9:00am instead of the usual 8:00am.
