Nike Alphafly 4 - Women's
Nike's legendary racer delivers more energy with less weight.
Nike's iconic racing shoe is back and lighter than ever. Nike has updated the Air Zoom unit for the first time in the Alphafly's history, making it softer and quieter. Advancements to our ZoomX foam deliver more bounce with less weight, opening up your marathon potential.
Responsive Air Zoom Unit
Don't let them hear you coming. An updated Air Zoom unit is quieter and delivers a softer feel underfoot with more energy return.
Stable Flyplate
A wide carbon fiber Flyplate unlocks a propulsive sensation while maintaining the stability you need to power through all 26.2 miles.
Dual ZoomX Cushioning
Two types of foam work together to deliver a lighter, springier ride with smoother transitions. ZoomX foam provides our highest energy return and sits under ZoomX LT foam, the lightest version of our most responsive cushioning.
Advanced Atomknit Upper
Keep your cool. An updated Atomknit upper features zones of open-hole mesh for enhanced breathability and midfoot cables for improved containment.
