Week Two of SeaWheeze Unclinic we spoke about movement and mobility with Christina Lumba from Myodetox. Following are video examples of the movements and exercises we covered.
Set up with feet together. Lunge back with opposite leg. Reach forward towards the front leg with a slight twist in your torso. Repeat on both sides.
Start with your feet together, step back into a lunge position. Reach across your body as you side bend away to the opposite side. Repeat on both sides.
Get into a half kneeling position. Tuck pelvis in and lunge forward. Repeat on both sides.
Get into a half kneeling position. Tuck pelvis in and lunge forward. Hold position and arms above head. Flex side to side. Repeat on both legs.
Get into a half kneeling position. Tuck pelvis in and lunge forward as you reach across your body and side bend away to the opposite side. Repeat on both legs.
