Project Love Run (PLR) is a running collective for all self-identified womxn seeking a safe space to connect with others and their own minds and bodies. We meet you exactly where you’re at (no need to be a pro runner) — come as you are, because that’s already perfect.

Our collective spans 5 cities across Canada, where we unite womxn from all walks of life.

Every event has a unique theme we unpack (past topics include sexual health, menopause, periods – yep, we go there) in small + intimate groups.

Led by a local leader and sweeper (no womxn get left behind!), our short + sweet runs to a local eatery for brunch are designed to help you find love within… One step at a time.
